Towards Justice

1. Every citizen be registered as a family; having one head and joint property. Every citizen will be treated as a member of the family. Head of family will only supervise the operations.

2. One person can be member of only one family at a time.

Any member can be included or excluded from the family at their liberty but their right to property will be intact.

3. The head of the family will declare the property of all his family members, along with its value and present it in a written statement before the competent authority. Properties above average income level will be taxed and deposited by the head of the family. A limit of tax less property of a family will depend on the number of members of the family.

4. This statement will be treated as Public Statement and can be looked after or verified by any member. One can get the copy of this statement also rightfully.

5. The head of the family will be responsible for the correctness of this statement. Any incomplete, ambiguous or false statement will be penalized properly. Anyone is free to evaluate his property correctly.

6. Anyone wishing to purchase the property can do so by paying 20% extra of the declared value of the property. Its owner will be bound to sell it to that person.
