Following changes into present laws of the nation:
1. Secrecy of personal properties must be completely abolished. Everyone has to declare the value of the property he is holding publicly.
2. The government must issue ‘White Sheet’, its economic conditions every year based on all public and private properties so that every citizen knows about it. He must be aware of all the National properties and his share of ownership.
3. All the other taxes such as income tax, excise tax, sales tax, service tax etc. should be completely abolished so that all the administrative expenses can be done from this property tax.
4. Income from this property tax will be ten times more than all the other taxes. So after deducting the necessary administrative expenses, rest amount should be equally distributed among all citizens.
